Came here for a rehearsal dinner and the staff were simply incredible! The waitstaff were sure to move quickly from table to table as people arrived getting drink orders and checking in on us to be sure we were having a great evening. The food was a set menu but the chicken I had was phenomenal! If I find myself back in the area I could easily stop back in for dinner one evening. Very nice atmosphere, dim lights, a little on the classier side with a pianist entertaining diners later in the evening.

On a sunny day sitting on the outside patio by the street, my friends and I had wonderful starters! All of them tasted wonderful. The bruschetta was the best. The entrees are quite large and shareable. I couldn't finish my eggplant parmesan but it tasted good.

Date night at Massimo's was excellent! Massimo's is the oldest continuous restaurant in downtown Walnut Creek and it lives up to all expectations! Fantastic classic Italian food! Nice wine list! On Friday & Saturday evenings a pianist is in 'tickling' the ivories! we will definitely be back!

This Italian restaurant has been in Walnut Creek for decades. The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the ambience is very romantic here (though suitable for dinner with friends and family as well). The maitre d' welcomed us on a busy night even though we had no reservation. We had the Caprese salad, scallops, and carbonara and all were amazing. The panna cotta was fabulous! Would definitely come again to try the porcini and black truffle ravioli.

We did not have a reservation but they made a table available for us on a very busy Saturday night. Service was good....Italian Menu mainly. The wine list is very good with a wide variety to choose from . Reasonable pricing.

I have eaten here a half a dozen times. The food is good. Wine choices good. Service has always been good. Atmosphere is moody, which is good. Nice to have a good restaurant in the city.

The best service I have ever received. Our waitress shana was the kindest most caring waitress I’ve ever met 10/10 experience food was delicious but didn’t even compare to the service also she kept calling me my love and I loved it and I think I have daddy issues 10/10 would recommend (not the daddie issues the restaurant)

Great white table cloth restaurant reminds me of top notch SF restaurants from back 50 years ago. The Duck is great and not readily available in contemporary places,Scallops and pasta dishes are wonderful. Parking across Locust in Lesher parking structure is super convenient.

It's been here forever, but 1st time for me. Food was AMAZING! I was gonna doubt the terramisu, but damn! I was blown away with how perfect it was I almost didn't believe it. 5/5 For sure!
